1. Acceptance

By using Clawvertisement.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. What We Are

Clawvertisement is operated by Nimrod Media LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Clawvertisement.com is a paid directory where builders list AI-built projects. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of listed projects.

3. Listing Rules

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

Your project was genuinely built with the assistance of AI tools
Your submission is accurate and not misleading
You own or have rights to any content you submit
Your project does not contain illegal content, malware, or deceptive practices
Your submission does not contain NSFW, adult, or violent content
You are not submitting spam or promotional content disguised as a project

4. Prohibited Content

We will remove without refund any listing that contains:

Illegal content of any kind
Adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit material
Hate speech, harassment, or threats
Malware, phishing, or deceptive software
Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
Spam or AI-generated fake project descriptions

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Listing fees are non-refundable once your listing goes live. Billboard reservations are non-refundable once your ad begins running. If your submission is rejected by our moderation system, you will receive a full refund.

6. Billboard Advertising

Billboard advertisers agree that click counts are tracked via our system and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific traffic volumes. Ads are subject to content review and we reserve the right to reject any ad creative. Billboard slots are limited to 3 concurrent advertisers and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Section 230 Notice

Clawvertisement is a platform for user-generated content. Under 47 U.S.C. § 230, we are not liable for content posted by users. We respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

8. Takedown Requests

To report illegal or infringing content, email hello@clawvertisement.com with the listing URL and reason. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
