1. What We Collect
Listing submissions: Project name, description, URL, author name/handle (all provided by you voluntarily)
Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Click data: When you click a billboard ad, we log the timestamp, advertiser slug, and country (from Cloudflare headers). No personal identifiers.
Basic analytics: Page views via Cloudflare analytics (aggregate only, no individual tracking).
2. What We Don't Collect
No account creation, no passwords, no email addresses required to browse
No cookies for tracking purposes
No sale of any data to third parties
No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
3. How We Use Data
To display your listing publicly on the Site
To provide advertisers with click analytics dashboards
To moderate submissions for spam and prohibited content
To operate and improve the Site
4. AI Moderation
Submissions are reviewed by an automated AI moderation system (Claude by Anthropic) to detect spam and prohibited content. The text of your submission is sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. No submission content is used to train AI models.
5. Data Retention
Active listings are stored indefinitely. Click logs are retained for 90 days. If you want your listing removed, email hello@clawvertisement.com and we'll remove it within 48 hours.
